If you have a defective SIMCO device, please use the SIMCO repair form. Please send this to SIMCO NL with the RMA to whom you will receive directly from SIMCO.

If you have a defective device, please send this back to us enclosing a brief description of the mailfunction:

Procedure:
Our engineers will examine the device and we will forward you our quotation. On this you will find the detailled failure description together with the forcasted repair cost including the necessary spare parts as well as the working hours.
If the repairs should not be profitable for economic reasons , we will offer you a new device as an alternative on our quotation.
The defective device is to be repaired:
You will order the repair based on our quotation.
After repairing we will send the device back to you as soon as possible.
The defective device is not to be repaired and a new device is necessary:
You will order the new part based on our quotation. Please let us know then, whether we should dispose the defective device or if we should send it back to you.
Please note that if we do not receive any feedback from you within a period of 4 weeks after our quotation, we will send the parts back to you on your cost.
