The combination of an airduct tube 6045 and a contact proof antistatic bar can be supplied in nearly all requested lengths and air volumes. The compressed air is blown out of nozzles over the full length across to the high voltage spike at an angle of 45°.
According to installation situation and air volume, the accordant airduct tube is chosen.
Function:
The positive and negative ions generated by the antistatic bar saturate the airflow coming out of the nozzles. This airflow transports the ions onto the product to be neutralized. The electrostatic charges on the product will be eliminated and depending on air pressure adherent contamination will be blown away.
Application:
Neutralization over wide distances. Low to medium cleaning.
